TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern your use of the DOPA Publications website and your purchase or use of any products, subscriptions, digital content, or services offered by DOPA Publications.
By accessing the website, placing an order, or using our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Questions may be sent to support@dopapublications.com.
1. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to purchase our products or services.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when placing an order.
2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
DOPA Publications provides digital educational content and related services.
Product descriptions, prices, billing terms, delivery details, and any subscription conditions are displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.
We may modify, update, discontinue, or restrict the availability of any product or service at any time. Changes will not affect rights relating to purchases already completed.
3. EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE
Our content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee any particular personal, social, relationship, financial, or other result. Results depend on individual circumstances, conduct, effort, and factors outside our control.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, communications, and behaviour. Our content must not be used to deceive, harass, threaten, pressure, manipulate, impersonate, exploit, or violate the consent or rights of another person.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product or service.
An order is accepted when DOPA Publications confirms the order or provides access to the purchased content.
We may refuse or cancel an order where payment cannot be authorised, incorrect information is provided, fraud or misuse is suspected, a pricing or technical error has occurred, or the order violates these Terms.
If a paid order is cancelled by us, the amount paid will be refunded unless the order involved fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity.
5. PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices, taxes, billing intervals, introductory offers, and other charges are displayed before checkout is completed.
By completing checkout, you authorise the displayed payment and confirm that you are permitted to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply.
6. DIGITAL DELIVERY
Digital products may be delivered through email, download link, customer account, website access, or another electronic method.
You are responsible for providing a correct email address and maintaining access to it.
Contact support@dopapublications.com if you experience problems accessing a purchased product.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND AUTOMATIC RENEWAL
Where a product is sold as a subscription, its price, billing frequency, introductory period, renewal terms, and first payment date will be displayed before purchase.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your selected payment method until the subscription is cancelled.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the billing interval shown during checkout. Failed payments may be retried, and access may be suspended or terminated if payment cannot be collected.
8. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal through any subscription-management option provided to you or by contacting support@dopapublications.com.
Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally reverse a payment already processed or provide a partial refund for a billing period that has begun, except where required by law.
You remain responsible for cancelling before the next scheduled billing date.
9. WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS AND DIGITAL CONTENT
Any statutory withdrawal rights available to you remain unaffected.
Where permitted by law, immediate access to digital content may require your express consent for delivery to begin immediately and your acknowledgement that your withdrawal right may be lost once delivery begins.
If the required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, your mandatory legal rights remain applicable.
To submit a withdrawal request, email support@dopapublications.com with your name, order information, and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract.
10. REFUNDS
Refund requests will be assessed according to applicable law and any refund policy presented during purchase.
A refund is not automatically available because you changed your mind after accessing digital content, did not use the product, forgot to cancel a subscription, or did not achieve a particular result.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights where digital content or a service is defective, unavailable, materially different from its description, or otherwise not supplied as agreed.
Approved refunds will normally be returned to the original payment method.
11. PERSONAL-USE LICENCE
Purchasing digital content gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use it for private purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, resell, sublicense, share, upload, record, modify, commercially exploit, or provide access to our content without written permission from DOPA Publications.
You may not share download links, files, account credentials, or restricted materials with another person.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content provided by DOPA Publications, including written material, guides, videos, graphics, branding, designs, templates, and downloadable files, is owned by or licensed to DOPA Publications and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property.
13. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not use the website, products, or services:
• for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes;
• to violate another person’s privacy, consent, or legal rights;
• to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or impersonate another person;
• to distribute malicious software or interfere with website security;
• to scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access without permission;
• to infringe intellectual-property rights; or
• to create, promote, or distribute competing material based substantially on our content.
We may suspend or terminate access where these conditions are violated.
14. ACCOUNTS AND SECURITY
You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
You must promptly contact support@dopapublications.com if you believe your account or payment information has been accessed without permission.
15. AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee that the website, downloads, or services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, technical failures, updates, hosting providers, payment providers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will take reasonable steps to restore access where a purchased product becomes unavailable.
16. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify and payment providers.
DOPA Publications does not control third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their independent content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DOPA Publications is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights.
18. INDEMNITY
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of our products or services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
19. TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate access where you breach these Terms, misuse our content, engage in fraud, fail to make required payments, or use our services unlawfully.
Termination does not remove payment obligations or legal responsibilities that arose before termination.
20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
DOPA Publications may update these Terms when reasonably necessary.
The updated version will be published with a revised effective date. Changes will apply from the date of publication and will not remove rights already acquired under applicable law.
21. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
22. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by applicable law, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in the country where you live.
